Apology Letter by Larabee to Former Crown Ward

I could be named a offender. I am sorry. I am sorry for hurting you and I will learn from it. I realize it was wrong for the group home staff and I to restrain you for "fun". I regret it everyday and I cry often. I am being punished. I feel guilty and ashamed and that is my karma. I now need to live with what I did to you while living in a group home and that is my karma. I can't change the past but I can change the future and I want to try and do the right thing and help you receive proper compensation and give you a real apology.
